The Alien plate from Raumer with Ø8 mm is designed for artificial ascents in the speleological field with the Stick-Up system. Alien is indeed designed with two holes that are further convenient for the passage of fractions.
Raumer is a company based in Schio, in the province of Vicenza, specialized in the production of hardware for various sports: climbing, mountaineering, canyoning, and speleology. The company was founded in 1992 from an idea by Cesare Raumer, the owner. He has been able to combine his deep passion for the mountains, nature, and speleology with mechanical technology. The strong point has always been the use of AISI 304 stainless steel in the production of anchors. Currently, following continuous experiences and acquired knowledge, AISI 316L stainless steel is used, which is even more resistant to abrasions. Raumer is therefore synonymous with quality, safety, and above all MADE IN ITALY: the entire production takes place in the Vicenza plant.
