The Radius by Raumer is a chemical anchor with a length of 80 mm and a diameter of 10 mm. It offers high resistance to tension and shear, and the wide semicircular ring allows for the simultaneous use of two carabiners. It is also possible to use a rope up to 10 mm in a toproping setup, thanks to the smooth inner surface. The knurled surface of the stem has been proven to be the most durable for resin anchors.
WARNING: This anchor is made of AISI 316L steel but is also available in the Marine version, which is further resistant to corrosion caused by marine environments. The company Raumer applies a three-phase treatment for marine stainless steel: Solubilization - Pickling - Passivation. A stylized fish icon with the word INOX inside distinguishes the marine line from the standard version. In the end, you will find information about the technology used for these types of products.

Raumer is a company located in Schio, in the province of Vicenza, specialized in the production of hardware for various sports: climbing, mountaineering, canyoning, and caving. The company was founded in 1992 by an idea of Cesare Raumer, the owner. He managed to combine his deep passion for mountains, nature, and caving with mechanical technology. From the beginning, the strength has been the use of AISI 304 stainless steel in the production of anchors. Currently, thanks to continuous experiences and acquired knowledge, AISI 316L stainless steel is used, which is even more resistant to abrasion. Raumer is therefore synonymous with quality, safety, and above all MADE IN ITALY: the entire production indeed takes place in the Vicenza plant.
