Article 528
The Raumer Stainless Steel Anchoring Group consists of two 12 mm Rock Plates, a chain, a stainless steel wire ring with a diameter of 10 mm, and a R 5000 Carabiner. The carabiner features a 12 mm wire that protects both the rope and the carabiner itself thanks to a wider sliding surface. Additionally, the carabiner is connected to a connection ring with a diameter of 10 mm, maintaining a perpendicular position to the rock. This prevents the rope from twisting as it runs to both ends and from being crushed against the rock by movement. A versatile and multidirectional anchor, highly appreciated in mountaineering, climbing, and canyoning.
WARNING: This anchor is made of AISI 316L stainless steel but is also available in Marine Version, which offers improved resistance to corrosion due to agents present in marine environments. Raumer performs a three-phase treatment for marine stainless steel: Solubilization - Pickling - Passivation. The icon of a stylized fish with the word INOX inside distinguishes the marine line from the standard version. Below you will find information about the technology used for this type of product.
Attention! The anchoring group is not certified. The individual plates and the carabiner are certified (see the technical sheets of the respective products).
