The stainless steel anchorage from Raumer consists of a Rock Plate with a diameter of 10 mm, a connection ring, and a Ring Safety 13 carabiner that, thanks to its screw lock, prevents accidental opening of the finger. Additionally, the fact that the carabiner is of the closed type prevents it from slipping on the plate and moving. The thickness of the carabiner is 12 mm on the surface in contact with the rope, optimizing wear resistance. The presence of the ring ensures that the carabiner is positioned perpendicular to the rock, making the descent smooth on both ends of the rope. Used and appreciated indoors as an anchorage for descent or belaying.
WARNING: This anchorage is made of AISI 316L stainless steel - Marina version, further resistant to corrosion from agents present in marine environments. Raumer applies a three-phase treatment for marine stainless steel: Solution - Pickling - Passivation. The icon of a stylized fish with the word INOX inside distinguishes this anchorage from its normal version. Raumer is a company based in Schio, in the province of Vicenza, specialized in the production of equipment for various sports: climbing, mountaineering, canyoning, caving. Founded in 1992 by Cesare Raumer, the owner, it has managed to combine his deep passion for mountains, nature, and caving with mechanical technology. The strength of the company has always been the use of AISI 304 stainless steel in the production of anchorages. Currently, following continuous experiences and acquired knowledge, AISI 316L stainless steel is used, which is even more resistant to abrasion. Therefore, Raumer is synonymous with quality, safety, and above all MADE IN ITALY: the entire production takes place in the Vicenza plant.
