Raumer is based in Schio, in the province of Vicenza, focusing on the production of hardware for various sports, including climbing, mountaineering, canyoning, and caving. Founded in 1992 by Cesare Raumer, who channeled his passion for mountains, nature, and caving into mechanical technology, the company has always emphasized the use of AISI 304 stainless steel for anchors. Currently, however, AISI 316L stainless steel is used, known for its superior abrasion resistance. Raumer represents quality, safety, and, above all, MADE IN ITALY: all production takes place at their facility in Vicenza.
