SALEWA Ergo Core set for via ferrata is the best in terms of lightness and comfort, safety, and manageability.
Ergo Core consists of two retractable webbing ends to which two Ergotec 2.0 carabiners are attached.
The retractable webbing allows you to keep the two ends at the necessary and comfortable length at all times.
The two Ergotec 2.0 carabiners are large, lightweight, ergonomic, and easy to use even while wearing gloves, thanks to the wide lever opening for hooking and unhooking maneuvers.
Their design requires 30% less effort from the hands compared to traditional via ferrata carabiners, as confirmed by tests from the Technical University of Munich. Ergotec 2.0 also features a mechanism that prevents any accidental opening.
