The fit is also top-notch thanks to the 3F System, which with a steel cable provides solid support and ankle stability, while the Flex Collar increases freedom of movement and comfort during descents. The lacing is adjustable all the way to the toe, allowing for great precision on technical terrains.
When it comes to grip and traction, you can't ask for better. The Vibram Alpine Hiking sole offers excellent performance and control over a wide range of mountain terrains, even in wet and muddy conditions. There is also a climbing zone to tackle the delicate climbing sections found on the more technical routes.
