SCARPA Rush 2 GTX trekking shoes
SCARPA Rush 2 GTX are shoes designed for trekking. The keywords are comfort, adaptability on any terrain, and exceptional grip!
They are therefore designed for the mountains, fast walking, but also perfect for day hikes or approaches.
By themselves, the shoe is very comfortable with the ability to perfectly adjust the internal volumes thanks to the lacing system. As for the technical side of walking/running, Rush has a series of technologies inside that make the step easier and wearing them a pleasure rather than a pain.
With an offset between heel and toe of 8 mm, the roll is ensured while the sole and midsole package is perfectly designed: EVA midsole to absorb impacts, PRESA compound with IKS technology.
This Interactive Kinetic System includes the addition of a series of domes (6 in the forefoot and one in the heel) that cushion the step and stride.
The upper is made of breathable mesh with a Gore-Tex membrane to provide complete waterproofing.
It is also worth noting that there is a TPU system with differentiated thickness (Dynamic Stabilizer Torsion System) that, in addition to strengthening the shoe's upper and protecting it from impacts and abrasions, has an anti-torsion function. Finally, a microfiber containment cage integrated into the upper helps stabilize the foot.
