Stubai Kraxlboard Rock is a hangboard designed and studied in detail to allow you perfect training at home without the fear of losing your finger strength.
You can choose the depth of the hold you want to improve and train your strength based on your level and the type of exercise you are doing. You will find three rows of holds, all with different depths and grips: deeper one-finger pockets or pockets for two, three, or four fingers.
You can also train your level on slopers thanks to the two holds positioned at the top, inclined at 35° and 22.5°, or even the pinches: at the bottom, there are two hemispheres with a diameter of 80 mm.
To top it all off, there are also two good holds: here you can do some great pull-up sessions at the beginning of your workout to warm up your muscles, but also at the end to completely exhaust yourself.
The hangboard comes with the necessary screws for mounting, but not the wall plugs.
