TOORX Functional Suspension Trainer functional training in suspension. The TRX® system is increasingly being used in climbing as well. This patented system, made up of many different exercises and always at the forefront of research for applications in various fields such as military and sports, is perfect for increasing muscle performance and the effectiveness of movements even on rock.
Inside the box, you will find everything you need for a suspension session at home: extendable nylon straps with two ergonomic foam grip handles, where you can insert your hands or feet depending on the exercise to be performed, a carabiner to attach accessories, a ceiling fastening strap, and a door anchor.
The Functional Suspension Trainer works in suspension and is equipped with a practical Safe-locking adjustment system that allows you to perform exercises safely, without worrying about the points where the equipment touches wrists, hands, and ankles.
Attention! The Functional Suspension Trainer is not suitable for prolonged and intensive use as may be the case in a gym. For such uses, the pro version, which is more durable and adjustable, is more suitable. To see the product click here!
