TOORX Traction Bar within training is an adjustable bar designed to stretch and strengthen the entire body musculature, also excellent for climbing training and comfortable as you can move it to your liking.
A total-body tool that involves the back muscles, the spine, the legs and that allows you to stretch and twist even on the ground.
The bar is adjustable and has an expansion mechanism from 63 to 100 cm which allows you to fix it between the two door jambs.
A comfortable non-slip handle will allow you to traction without respite.
The use is recommended for people up to 100 kg in weight with the bar in extension up to 90 cm and for people up to 80 kg in weight with the bar in extension up to 100 cm.
