Vertebrate Publishing Beastmaking is a guide to climbing training created by Ned Feehally, founder of Beastmaker and one of the strongest climbers in England and the world!
This book is designed to convey the author's deep experience and expertise in a simple way to help "normal" climbers get the most out of their training to improve in climbing. You will also find insights from some of the best climbers in the world, including Alex Honnold, Shauna Coxsey, Adam Ondra, Alex Puccio, and Tomoa Narasaki.
The book features sections dedicated to finger strength, training on the hangboard, mobility, and core. It also includes various suggested exercises and training that can be performed in morning/evening sessions.
