There are various grips and holds on this hangboard, allowing you to train with just one tool without needing a full gym at home.
On the top of the hangboard, you will find: discreet edge holds for training compressions, which are very useful today, especially in indoor bouldering, two inclined slopers at 40°, two flat holds for warming up with pull-ups, and you will also find a convenient pocket to store your phone and track your hang times and recovery periods.
Going down, you will find all the sizes and depths of pockets you need to perform all your exercises: you will find some better holds for doing sets with added weights, but you will also find micro edges for doing tough hangs!
You may have noticed from the image that there are two empty spaces with two holes: these are for attaching additional holds like pinches or half-spheres that you can find in our catalog.
