YY Vertical Warm Up Band elastic band
YY Vertical Warm Up Band is an elastic band designed for the effective warming up of muscles and joints, ideal for activation before sports activities. The linear resistance supports the movement while respecting its amplitude and helping to protect the joints, unlike traditional bands with progressive resistance.
Developed in collaboration with physiotherapists, it directly integrates six validated exercises onto the band, making it suitable for different levels of use. The length of 192 cm allows for a wide variety of movements, while the natural latex structure ensures elasticity, resistance, and durability over time.
Available in three resistance levels, green (easy), blue (intermediate), and orange (hard), it is designed for complete body warming, joint mobilization before climbing or other sports activities, light stretching, and mobility work. It can also be used for rehabilitation exercises or return to physical activity, with medical advice.
Lightweight, foldable, and easy to transport, it is suitable for use both at home and outdoors.
