Eros Grazioli was born in the province of Bergamo in 1970, a great sportsman and author of three books: "Ski mountaineering: training theory", "Skyrunning: training theory", "Mountain biking: training theory". In 2018 he founded the Mountain Sports Academy. Currently he deals with personal training, re-athletics and training planning of medium and high level athletes.
