Small and compact these sockets are supplied with a convenient ring cord that allows you to rotate the socket to the side you prefer: you can then train on a medium notch, a smaller one, on a two-finger notch or even on a mono hole finger!
As for the depth of the sockets present you will find: 6.10, 15 and 20 mm thick for the four-finger sockets, depending on the way you rotate the socket, 15 or 20 mm for the hole for two fingers and 40 mm instead of depth for the single finger.
