Witch Holds mWitch Light is a portable climbing beam perfect for those who do not have the opportunity to train at home with a beam attached to the wall. However, it is also excellent for warming up on crag or open-air bouldering days.
This version, a little more difficult than the mWitch, is designed for more experienced people: in fact, it has less deep notches, indicated precisely for those with more formed finger tendons.
Thanks to the included cord and its small size (50 cm in length) you can easily carry it with you and hang it anywhere.
Made in collaboration with professional climbers and physiotherapists, this beam is designed to be very training but at the same time not very traumatic on the fingers thus avoiding very painful injuries.
The wood with which it was built is resistant and guarantees an excellent grip even when the beam is used and covered with magnesite.
On mWitch you can find two notches with a depth of 25 mm excellent for the warm-up phase, two 13 mm for the actual training and a central notch of 20 mm that allows you to also do various single-sided exercises.
