Antworks Ant Hill 63 climbing training peg board
The Antworks Ant Hill 63 peg board is handcrafted from natural beech wood, designed for your daily training at home or in the gym, specifically for climbing, CrossFit, and martial arts.
The Antworks peg board consists of 17 holes and comes with two sticks that you will insert into the various holes depending on the training and intensity you want to achieve.
The panel is designed to be placed horizontally, adapting not only to low-ceiling environments but also suitable for exercises that involve crossing the sticks.
Therefore, play by inserting the sticks into the various holes, try stretches, crossings, and more. By doing so, you will be having fun while simultaneously training your one-arm lock-off!
The peg board comes with everything necessary for assembly.
