Antworks Batons 40 training cylinder pair

Batons 40 requires a well-trained grip, while for beginners it is advisable not to involve the entire body weight during training.
With Batons 40, you train your grip strength very effectively, with significant improvements over time.
The cylinders are made of ash wood, eco-friendly, have a length of 30 cm and a diameter of 40 mm.
Antworks Batons 40 come in pairs, equipped with a sturdy stainless steel suspension ring. The ring has an inner diameter of 18 mm.
