Antworks Knockers 100 are two spherical grips that you can comfortably adapt to the Antworks Ant Hill, Power Ant Mini, and Strong Ant II pegboards. Unlike simple sticks, with Knockers 100, you also have a spherical extension that allows you to strengthen your grip muscles, making the workout even more effective and training with void grips in hand. The spheres are made of sturdy, handcrafted beech wood, great for the skin and environmentally friendly. The diameter of the spheres is 100 mm. The diameter of the peg is 40 mm. Knockers 100 will delight ambitious climbers and boulderers! Note: the Knockers 100 do not fit the Strong Ant III and Strong Ant III Dark hangboard.
