Antworks Rotant Linear Ash
The portable training tool Rotant Linear Ash by Antworks can be used as a pocket fitness tool or as a warming-up instrument.
Rotant Linear Ash includes two ash wood handles connected to the anodized aluminum disc by two cords.
How does Rotant Linear Ash work? This small device operates on the principle of the interaction between centrifugal force and inertia. The faster you accelerate and decelerate the disc, the greater the force applied, which can reach up to 20 kg of force per handle.
By bringing the two handles closer and further apart, the metal disc positioned in the center will activate and start to rotate. As you repeat the movement, the rotation speed increases, and in turn, the resistance posed by the disc.
This means that at first, it may seem like child's play, but by speeding up the movement, the challenge will become tough.
With adequate power, the rotating disc can be accelerated to 3000 - 5000 revolutions per minute. The energy and speed produced by the rotation are perfectly perceivable and audible; the eight holes in the disc indeed produce a crazy wind and a motivating noise!
Use it as a game for a fun warm-up with friends, but also as a tool to increase the endurance of your forearms!
