Strong Ant III is perfect for training at home and features a simple and balanced design, crafted entirely from high-quality ash wood.
Antworks has developed a versatile hangboard to ensure you have a complete workout, equipped with a wide range of holds at different grip depths (ranging from 16 mm to 37 mm) to provide you with an interesting array of challenges to build your strength and endurance.
The finger holes and the top edge have a depth of 40 mm. All edges have a thickness of 6 mm.
Strong Ant III has been designed to be used in every part and offer you a super complete workout.
