Antworks Strong Ant IV hangboard
The Strong Ant IV hangboard from Antworks is another wooden gem from the Antworks series!
Thanks to its special shapes, training on the Strong Ant IV focuses on the forearm and strength training.
The Strong Ant IV consists of a central inclined block of 35 ° and 45 °, 38 cm wide, interspersed with a 12 mm deep finger slot, and four lateral ball holds, two with a diameter of 10 cm and two with 8 cm.
Antworks offers you the possibility to rotate the Strong Ant IV by 180 ° and train on different angles, adjusting the difficulty level.
You can hang it in a relatively easy position with the two smaller balls at the bottom and a 35 ° angle, or when you're ready for something more challenging, just turn it around and you'll have the two larger balls at the bottom and a 45 ° angle waiting for you!
You can connect the Strong Ant IV to the Strong Ant III using the four steel anchors on the back.
