Beal Joker 9.1 mm Unicore Dry Cover 100 m is a rope for expert high-level climbers that can be used as a single, double and twin. Light and compact, it guarantees versatility to the most demanding climbers and at the same time it is excellent on classic routes, mixed routes or on snow. Safety is further guaranteed by the new Unicore technology that welds the core and sock together. It does not undergo swelling, therefore it remains soft longer over time.
The Dry Cover is a waterproofing treatment that makes the rope resistant to humidity, abrasion and dust. It is applied to the external mesh and is performing on large routes and approaches.
Precautions for use: this type of rope with reduced diameter requires a lot of attention and experience in the insurance phase by those who use it. Classic appliances will have reduced braking and some automatic appliances may not work.
