Completely redesigned for 2023, the Black Diamond Belay Parka, our warmest synthetic jacket, is your ideal choice for enduring bail-worthy belay conditions on single-pitch winter routes and huge alpine faces alike. This parka features 200gsm mapped Primaloft Rise and Primaloft Gold Cross Core insulation throughout the body, shoulders, and hood. The 50D PFC-free ripstop shell offers protection from the elements, and a 20D nylon taffeta liner adds an extra layer of warmth. With a fully redesigned fabric and fit for 2023, an adjustable climbing helmet-compatible hood, lightweight stretch cuffs, and a two-way belay device-friendly YKK® front zipper with DWR treatment and windflap, it's the perfect companion for climbers. The single-pull cord adjusts on the hood and hem for a personalized fit, and it offers ample storage with two zippered hand pockets, two zippered chest pockets, and two internal drop pockets. The left chest pocket even has an internal stretch mesh pocket. Plus, it comes with an ECO Label Status, and the fit is relaxed to keep you comfortable during your adventures.
