Beal Opera 8.5 mm climbing rope by the meter is also certified as half and twin. Ultralight fluid and versatile it is recommended for expert climbers if used as a single.
This product contains the most important Beal-branded technologies. It is in fact equipped with Unicore technology that welds soul and sock together. This ensures that the two components remain united in the event of a tear.
The Dry Cover is a waterproofing treatment that makes the rope resistant to humidity abrasion and dust. It is applied to the external mesh and is performing on long routes.
In addition the Beal Opera uses the Thermo Fluid an infrared treatment that stabilizes the fibers of the sock making the rope more compact and easy to handle.
The Beal Opera is also available in the Golden Dry version.
