Birkenstock Gizeh Birko-Flor flip-flops
Birkenstock Gizeh Birko-Flor is a classic and versatile model, characterized by a minimalist design that combines style and stability. This flip-flop features an upper made of Birko-Flor, a durable synthetic material that is gentle on the skin and easy to maintain, used exclusively by Birkenstock. The anatomical footbed is made of cork and latex, while the footbed lining is made of suede; the sole is made of EVA. The flip-flop strap is equipped with a metal buckle with individually adjustable pin. The product is made in Germany.
The upper material in Birko-Flor is a tear-resistant synthetic that is easy to clean. The inner sole is made of natural leather, recognizable by its untreated surface; Birkenstock does not intentionally alter the grain and typical characteristics of the leather and uses robust leathers with a thickness between 2.8 and 3.2 millimeters as the upper material. The footbed is made of cork, a sustainable material derived from the bark of the cork oak, naturally insulating and with good cushioning properties. The outer sole is made of EVA, a lightweight and elastic material with high cushioning capacity, which helps to soften small irregularities in the ground and makes the step softer.
