Description
The Blue Ice Akila LT Adze is an ultralight and highly technical ice axe, designed for agile movement during mountaineering and steep skiing. With its compact design of 42 cm and a weight of about 290 g, it is easily carried in a backpack or attached to a harness. The ergonomic chromoly steel head ensures strength and a secure anchor, while the blade allows for snow clearance and preparing the ground for protection use. The curved anodized aluminum shaft offers lightness and strength, with an adjustable grip for better control in technical passages. CE/EN 13089 certified (Type 1/B), it is designed to ensure reliability and performance on steep and challenging terrain.
