A coffee you don't order — you earn it. The Café Colombia is a blend of pure endurance, prepared on a 30-metre overhanging wall in Margalef, in the Racó de la Finestra sector. Forty moves on pockets, monos, two-finger pockets, tiny crimps, and the odd edge, always with open hands. No rest. No way out. Aged since 2021 before finally being ready to serve.
Tasting notes: fresh chalk, fingertip skin, dreams fulfilled, and well-deserved glory.
Roast: Strong. Like the conditions required to attempt it.
Not suitable for the tender-fingered.
