CAMP Turbohand locking handle
CAMP Safety Turbohand locking handle is designed for ascending on fixed ropes, ideal for caving, artificial climbing, and work at height, offering innovation, functionality, and exceptional ergonomics.
The handle is characterized by a patented sliding pulley for unparalleled efficiency during ascent and low wear on both the rope and the handle itself.
The grip is made of rubber and features an extension at the top to allow for use with two hands.
The body is robust, made of 3.5 mm thick aluminum alloy, and has a geometry designed for use on traverses.
The stainless steel cam has an ideal shape for descent with alternate releases, while the drainage holes for mud and dirt on both the cam and the body ensure self-cleaning of the tool. The cam opening system, equipped with a convenient button operable with limited thumb movement, is integrated into the structure to prevent accidental openings.
The Turbohand can also be used as a locking pulley (for material recovery only, max 50 kg).
Certified according to EN 12841/B for semi-static ropes from 10 to 13 mm and according to EN 567 for ropes from 8 to 13 mm.
