Captain Fingerfood Hangboard 180 ° is a portable climbing board perfect for training at home or in the gym. Extremely versatile, you can use it in various ways and train wherever and whenever you want!
This board boasts two brilliant ideas: the first is the ability to rotate the board 180 °, allowing you to switch from warm-up mode to training mode. The same holds are used, but they have different inclinations and depths depending on the direction of the board.
Hangboard 180 ° is very essential in terms of holds you can find: there are two holds for four fingers, two holes for two fingers, and a central hold for one-arm exercises. In total, thanks to the possibility of rotating it, you have as many as 24 different types of grips!
The second feature is that by purchasing the support found separately in our catalog, you can transform this portable board into a fixed board attached to the wall, but it doesn't end there!
You can insert the board from one side or the other with a simple gesture and change the direction once the warm-up is finished and you want to move on to the more challenging phase of training.
Moreover, if you find that the holds and exercises you are doing are too easy, you can tilt the wall support at three different angles: 0 °, 10 °, and 20 °.
All this on a board only 45 cm long!
