The practical cube contains 12 different grip options and weighs only 250g. From the smallest edge of 15mm to pinches and a good handle for pull-ups, everything is possible. You can hang, add extra weight, use it on pulleys, or put your foot in the rope loop to warm up your fingers. Captain Fingerfood 360° is the ideal companion for every climber's daily life thanks to its wide range of exercises, compact size, and lightweight.
To use all grip variations, the rope is pulled from one side of the board to the other. This allows it to be rotated in all directions and grabbed from all sides. Each grip edge is ergonomically rounded and does not cut into the skin uncomfortably. The grip surfaces of the four possible power depths have a pleasant slight recess under load. To achieve a measurable grip depth during training with pinches, each side is equipped with two thin orientation lines.
