The system includes 10 files in one: the package contains 10 premium adhesive replacements, 5 coarse (orange) and 5 fine (black), easy to apply and replace. The choice of grit is essential for skin care: a surface that is too abrasive can cause micro-injuries or irritations, which is why two optimal types have been selected, one more abrasive and one gentler, tested together with athletes for hand skin maintenance.
