Its ergonomic design, specifically studied to fit the fingers, makes it more practical and safe compared to DIY solutions, avoiding breaks or burns during direct skin contact. The solid and flexible gel body is enclosed in a convenient integrated case, which facilitates application and protection. To use it, simply heat it in the microwave for 10 seconds or cool it in the freezer for at least 2 hours, depending on therapeutic needs.
