CT Climbing Technology Click Up + climbing belay device is the new device designed by the Italian brand for the safety of the lead climber and in toprope, equipped with the innovative assisted braking system.

This time it is the turn of the historic and established belay device Click Up which has been renewed and improved. The Plus encompasses four great qualities that give it an edge, positioning it as a leading belay device in the world of indoor climbing and crag climbing.
We are talking about effectiveness, comfort, safety, ergonomics combined with a new construction geometry and a new design that involves the shell and the side plates.
The outer shell becomes extremely ergonomic for a better grip, and the insertion of the V-Proof system will ensure effective operation, reducing errors due to incorrect rope usage during locking or due to the reduction of the V angle between the two rope strands.
It is a mobile divider that allows the activation of the assisted braking when the hand-side rope comes into contact with the lever, the device will rotate, locking the rope.
Click Up + also features a greater internal width and is compatible with single and dynamic ropes from 8.5 to 11 mm in diameter.
As with the Click Up, stopping a fall will be simple, and you will just need to hold the free side of the rope with your hand.
To lower your partner, you will just need to apply slight pressure on the belay device while keeping the tension on the slack rope with the other hand.
Click Up + comes supplied with a carabiner Concept SGL HC made with an anti-wear anodization treatment and, thanks to the ACL system, stabilizes it at the harness ring, preventing the possibility of loading on the minor axis.
