Birkenstock Mayari Birko-Flor Nubuck is a distinctive flip-flop sandal designed to combine style and comfort throughout the day. The upper is made of Birko-Flor with a nubuck effect finish, a durable synthetic material that is gentle on the skin and has a texture and color similar to genuine nubuck leather. The anatomical footbed is made of cork and latex with a suede lining, while the sole is made of EVA. The model features two individually adjustable straps with metal buckles and a toe post. The Birko-Flor Nubuck closely replicates the look and feel of authentic nubuck leather. The inner insole is made of untreated natural leather, chosen by Birkenstock to keep the typical characteristics of the material visible; robust leathers with a thickness between 2.8 and 3.2 millimeters are used. The cork footbed is obtained from the bark of the cork oak, a sustainable, insulating material with excellent cushioning properties. The EVA sole, a lightweight and elastic material with high cushioning power, helps absorb small ground irregularities and makes each step softer.
