Captain Fingerfood Hangboard 180 ° is a climbing beam excellent for training at home or in the gym. Extremely versatile in fact you can use it in many ways and you can train wherever you want and can!

This kit includes both the portable beam and the bracket for attaching to the wall. This means that you will have a lot of places where you can train, at home or in the park. If it is a bad day and you cannot leave the house, you can attach the beam to the bracket and start your training session, otherwise you can leave the house and hang the beam on a tree or in any place! All you need to do is remove the beam from the bracket, which remains attached to the wall.

In addition, if you train at home keep in mind that the bracket can be tilted in three different angles (0 ° - 10 ° - 20 °) so as to be perfect for any type of climber: both for the more experienced and for those who started from less time.

This beam then has another brilliant idea: the possibility of rotating it 180 ° and thus switching from heating to training mode. The same sockets are used, which however have different inclinations and depths depending on the direction of the beam.

Hangboard 180 ° is very essential in terms of grips that you can find: you find two notches for four fingers, two holes for two fingers and a central notch for doing single-sided exercises. In total, however, you have 24 different grip positions!

You can insert the beam from one side to the other with a simple gesture and change the direction once you have finished warming up and want to move on to the most demanding phase of the workout.
