YY Vertical Alien is an essential tool for injury prevention and long-term strengthening, designed to work on the often-overlooked finger and forearm extensors in climbing. With three levels of resistance, it adapts to different usage profiles, allowing for gradual progression.
Made from high-strength soft silicone with a Soft Touch finish, it offers comfort even during regular use. The ergonomic five-hole design allows for unilateral work using one to five fingers, while the compact and lightweight structure makes it easily portable and usable anywhere. The material is non-slip, non-toxic, and designed for a secure grip.
It can be used for muscle activation at the beginning of warm-up, for targeted strengthening of extensors at home or in the office, to prevent imbalances between flexors and extensors, and as support in the rehabilitation of fingers and forearms.
