Didak's Paraboltheworld Hangboard is a climbing board made of polyurethane, very light and super easy to assemble.
Essential but perfect to face your whole training session, this beam has three rows of sockets with different depths.
In fact, you will have three rows of notches from the deepest to the smallest: you can make traction and suspension both at natural weight but also with kilos of overload.
In the upper part, on the other hand, there are flat sockets where you can warm up well without immediately overloading your cold fingers.
