The Edelrid Eagle Lite Protect Pro Dry is a single climbing rope perfect for extended use at crags.
The 9.5 mm diameter makes it an excellent rope for both long-time climbers and beginners. It is in fact a middle ground that makes it usable at any level and at the same time very durable.
Thanks to the Pro Dry treatment, the rope is water-repellent and dirt-resistant, making it ideal especially for those who visit crags a lot and never know what terrain they will find.
Furthermore, the Thermo Shield treatment ensures that the rope is light and easy to handle over time without running the risk of it becoming a classic 'rope'.
Finally, it is sold with the 3D Lap Coil treatment, a preventive uncoiling that makes the rope immediately ready for use. So you can't mess up unwinding it and risk it making those annoying curls!
The Eagle Lite Protect Pro Dry 9.5 mm also differs from other dynamic ropes in that it is extremely cut and abrasion resistant due to the addition of aramid fibres in the sheath.
