Explore Climbing XC Rings Rings is a set of two gymnastic rings made of wood with the same dimensions as the Olympic rings of artistic gymnastics.
The usefulness of this tool has been discovered for some time now and is now present in almost all climbing gyms.
In fact, with rings you can do a lot of muscle strengthening exercises: you can isolate a certain muscle band and train only that but you can also do exercises that require excellent body hold.
