Edelrid Jayne IV women's climbing harness

The Jayne by Edelrid is a versatile and comfortable women's harness, ideal for indoor climbing, sport climbing, via ferrata, and classic mountaineering. Now in its fourth generation, this harness has been further refined to perfectly fit the female anatomy, thanks to an A-shaped design specifically created for those with a narrower waist compared to their hips. The butterfly waistbelt structure ensures optimal load distribution and exceptional comfort during belays or descents, while the Center Fit system allows the padding on the belt to slide to keep the tie-in points and the five gear loops always centered and symmetrical. Safety is prioritized with the presence of red wear indicators at the load points and in the large central polyamide ring, which signal when it's time to replace the equipment. To facilitate use even in winter conditions, the Jayne is equipped with fully openable and self-locking Slide Block buckles on the waist and leg loops, allowing it to be comfortably worn without removing skis or crampons. Completing the technical profile are two loops for ice screw carabiners, a rear loop for the chalk bag, and reinforced tie-in points made with a blend of HMPE and polyamide to resist rope abrasion. Manufactured according to the strict environmental standards of bluesign and certified EN 12277 and UIAA 105, this harness represents the perfect balance between female ergonomics, ease of use, and maximum protection in every mountain adventure.
