The Rupal Automatic by Skylotec is a stable and durable technical mountaineering crampon, meticulously developed to safely tackle glacier crossings, ridges, couloirs, and ice channels with moderate slopes. Made from tempered steel to provide maximum strength and durability over time, this 12-point device is designed to ensure excellent comfort and superior stability while walking on mixed terrain. Thanks to the innovative ARX system, the crampon can be reconfigured to meet specific needs or to approach more challenging mountaineering objectives, making it an extremely versatile tool. The geometry of the structure is designed to perfectly conform to all modern shapes of mountaineering boots, while the automatic lacing ensures a precise and solid connection. A key strength is the Fast Fit system, which allows for extremely quick and stable attachment to the boot without the typical complications of straps and traditional bindings. Size adjustment is intuitive and precise thanks to a dual-position system that can be operated with one hand, even while wearing gloves in adverse weather conditions. To prevent dangerous snow accumulation, the Rupal is equipped with interchangeable antibott that snap in place with a special bellows that effectively prevents clogging. Compatibility is extended to a wide range of sizes, covering sizes from 36 to 49 with the Flex Bar and from 39 to 52 with the Flex Bar Long version, thus ensuring an optimal fit for almost any type of high-altitude technical footwear.
