Grivel Scream Kit descender plate and carabiner
Grivel Scream Kit is a set that includes a descender plate and a carabiner to be used with small diameter ropes during mountaineering and ski mountaineering outings.
This set consists of the Scream plate and the Plume Wire Lock K3L carabiner, an ideal, lightweight, and minimal combination for ropes with diameters of 5-8 mm.
The Scream is an ultralight and compact multipurpose plate, equipped with two holes, the upper one for belaying and the lower one for connecting during descent. Its construction allows for four different braking positions, thanks to the holes and asymmetric faces.
The Plume Wire Lock K3L is a very secure and easy-to-handle carabiner, thanks to the innovative Wire-Lock system: the strength comes from the solid lever that is free to move, while the internal wire keeps the lever in the closed position. This design prevents accidental opening of the lever and can be operated quickly.
