Grivel Scream Kit is a set that includes descender plate and carabiner to be used with ropes of small diameters during mountaineering and ski mountaineering outings.
This set consists of a Scream plate and Plume Wire Lock K3L carabiner, an ideal, light and minimal combination for ropes of 5-8 mm diameters.
The Scream is an ultralight and compact multipurpose plate, equipped with two holes, the upper one for belaying and the lower one for connection during the descent. Its construction allows four different braking positions, thanks to the holes and asymmetrical faces.
The Plume Wire Lock K3L is a very safe and easy to handle carabiner, thanks to the innovative Wire-Lock system: the strength is given by the solid lever which is free to move, while the internal wire keeps the lever in the closed position. This design prevents accidental opening of the lever and can be operated quickly.
