Calze GM Trek Endurance trekking socks

The GM Trek Endurance socks are four-season trekking socks designed to offer versatility and comfort. They wrap around the foot and leg using a very soft yarn made from fine virgin merino wool, capable of ensuring adequate thermal comfort. The elastic support on the ankle and arch contributes to good foot stability, preventing the formation of folds during use. The padding on the heel and toes cushions the walk both uphill and downhill, while the exterior of the sock is made with a yarn that protects against abrasions and chafing.

The construction features a twisted yarn, obtained through a specific spinning process that combines and twists multiple yarns into a single thread, increasing resistance, durability, and softness against the skin. The soft touch finish and pre-washing ensure a correct fit that remains unchanged even after frequent washes. The sock weighs 56 grams, is 100% made in Italy, and has a height below the knee, in an over-calf version.

The composition consists of 33% fine virgin merino wool of 21.5 microns, mulesing-free, 33% acrylic, 17% polyamide, 9% certified GRS recycled polyamide, and 2% elastane, with all yarns certified OEKO-TEX Standard 100. The socks are machine washable on a delicate cycle at 30 °C and spin at 400 rpm; it is recommended to wash inside out, using a protective mesh, with a small amount of detergent for delicate items and fabric softener.
