DMM Pinto 2 climbing pulley
The DMM Pinto 2 is an evolution of the previous Pinto, maintaining the same compact and lightweight shape while introducing technical improvements that enhance performance. It is a versatile pulley designed to work effectively in most moving rope systems, thanks to smooth lines, textile-friendly connections, and a full-load lower attachment.
This is not just an aesthetic update: the Pinto 2 integrates high-efficiency ball bearings that improve operation compared to the original version. The recessed pulley design creates a completely smooth channel for the rope, preventing snagging and ensuring proper positioning even when the rope enters at non-aligned angles.
The full-strength attachments on both the upper eye and the becket offer numerous configuration possibilities in rigging systems. The fixed side plate allows for easy and quick insertion even on already tensioned ropes. The construction is hot-forged, with surfaces and edges designed to be smooth and suitable for use with ropes and textile components.
The ability to connect directly with textile elements increases the versatility of the system, allowing for example to increase lifting height, reduce bulk, or improve torsion tolerance. The sealed ball bearings ensure high efficiency and require minimal maintenance. An optional spacer for use with rope connections is available separately.
