The G10 LT New-Matic Evo by Grivel is a lightweight semi-automatic crampon made of steel with 10 points, specifically designed for glacier travel and classic mountaineering. This model proves to be an extremely reliable tool on linear alpine terrain, where its 10-point steel configuration promotes stable and efficient movement on snow, drastically reducing resistance during progression and improving comfort over long distances. Thanks to the exclusive LT construction, the overall weight of the steel frame is significantly reduced by optimizing the thickness of the material, without compromising the strength and durability needed for repeated use. Safety while walking is ensured by the proactive Antibott system at the front and rear, a technology that effectively reduces the dangerous accumulation of snow under the footwear. This specific version adopts the proven New-Matic Evo attachment system (designated NM), characterized by a flexible plastic front cage and a rear closure with a micrometric lever, ideal for all mountain boots equipped with a quick attachment insert located solely at the heel. The crampon fits perfectly on footwear ranging from size 35 to 46, weighs 800 grams per pair, and is fully approved according to CE EN 893 and UIAA 153 safety standards.
