This device is openable with a quick and safe triple-action mechanism, even while wearing gloves, allowing for rope installation without disconnecting the pulley from the anchor. Its distinctive feature is the faceted pulley with a unique direction of rotation: this technology ensures a lifting efficiency of 93% thanks to the sealed ball bearings, while during descent it increases the friction zones with the rope to provide additional braking action. Safety is monitored by a red visual indicator that signals if the movable flange is not properly locked, while the flange design is intended to protect the rope passage and allow for the integration of a Prusik self-locking knot. Maneuvers are extremely smooth thanks to the integrated swivel that allows the pulley to orient under load and can accommodate up to three carabiners, in addition to ropes and webbing connected directly.
