The Summit Breithorn Lightweight Hybrid by The North Face is a technical men's jacket designed for mountaineering and climbing, where the balance between thermal insulation and maximum agility is crucial. Characterized by a hybrid construction and a slim fit, it features a main body made of durable 30 g/m² Pertex® Y Fuse ripstop nylon filled with premium 800 ProDown™ water-repellent down certified by RDS, which maintains thermal properties even in humid conditions. To ensure exceptional freedom of movement during technical progressions, the pre-tensioned hood, raglan sleeves, and side panels are made from a 91 g/m² (88% nylon, 12% elastane) stretch fabric with FlashDry™ technology, which promotes quick sweat evaporation. The garment is fully treated with PFC-free DWR finishes to repel water and incorporates functional solutions such as elastic cuffs with thumbholes, underarm inserts, and a padded wind flap behind the central zipper. Extremely compressible, the jacket can be stored in its own left pocket to optimize space in the backpack.
